Keith Padilla is the President and owner of Mission Duncan Insurance Agency and founder and CEO of Mission Duncan Financial Services. He has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 1997 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance. Keith’s services include all the elements of Employee Benefits, retirement planning and insurance. He also provides comprehensive risk management solutions and strategies to businesses.
Keith has served as a Trustee on the Sharyland ISD school board for 5 years and is currently the board President. He has been married for 25 years to his lovely wife, (and golf partner), Ginger. Keith and Ginger have three children away at college. He enjoys golfing, traveling, boating on any lake and Orange Theory Fitness. He also loves spending time with their furry pets Bennie, Mila, Cali, Bella, long haired kitty and short haired kitty and the Purple Martin families that visit every year!
Ginger Padilla has been with Mission Duncan Insurance since 2003 and is the vice president of the agency. She received her Personal Lines Property and Casualty Agent’s License in 2009 and is the Office Manager and head of HR at Mission Duncan. She attended Southwest Texas State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. With Ginger’s three children away at different colleges in Texas, she enjoys reading, running, traveling and spending time outdoors with Keith and their numerous pets (two pugs, one German Shepherd, one shepherd mix, and two cats).
Sara Valdez has been with Mission Duncan Insurance Agency since 1972. She is licensed as a General Lines Property and Casualty Agent. She services our personal lines property and casualty clients. Sara is involved with many different community service projects, some of which are the Texas Citrus Fiesta, Damas Catolicas and Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She is also involved with her parish of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.
Nancy Piñon has been with Mission Duncan Insurance Agency since 2007. Prior to working for Mission Duncan she worked at Texas General Agency in San Antonio from 2004-2006. Nancy began her work at Mission Duncan as an assistant to the agents. She received her General Lines Property and Casualty Agent’s License in 2008 and now works with both commercial and personal insurance.
Corazon “Cory” De La Cruz has been with Mission Duncan Insurance Agency since May of 2005. She became licensed as a Personal Lines Property and Casualty Agent in June of 2009 and is now licensed as a General Lines Property and Casualty Agent as of May 2016. She is part of the Commercial Lines team, but still assists in the Personal Lines side of the agency. Cory currently serves on board of the RGV Chapter of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. She resides in Mission with her husband Conrad and daughter Luna.
Rose Pena has been with Mission Duncan Insurance Agency since September 2014. She is currently the agency’s administrative assistant and plans to further her career as a Personal Lines Agent. Rose resides in Mission. Rose enjoys spending time with family and friends and spoiling her dogs.
Dina Marie Castañeda has been with Mission Duncan Insurance Agency since March of 2014. She is licensed as a Personal Lines Property and Casualty Agent. Dina resides in Mission with her husband and their two children. Dina loves being part of the Mission Duncan Insurance Family.
Sheila Fernald has been with Mission Duncan Insurance Agency since November of 2005. She is licensed as a General Lines Property and Casualty Agent. She is also licensed in life, accident and health insurance. Additionally, she has a non-residence license for life and health insurance in various other states. Prior to being an insurance agent Sheila was employed as a high school math teacher in the public school system. She has degrees in Master of Education, Bachelor of Science in Education, and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Sheila resides in Mission with her husband and their three children.
Rachelle Torres has been with Mission Duncan since March 2020. She is the Receptionist and assists
customers with their payments and various other customer service duties. She attends Palm Valley
Church in Mission. She enjoys all things sports, cooking and gatherings with friends and family. She is
married to Rene and has one son attending UTSA.
Sophie Guerrero has recently joined the team at Mission Duncan as an Administrative Assistant. She resides in
Mission and is fluent in Spanish. In her free time she loves to play tennis and spend time with her cat,
